You are a member of the Utah Tech University Alumni Association if you have graduated from Dixie College, Dixie State College, Dixie State University or Utah Tech University, or have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours before the year 2000. Membership is free. You join a constituency of more than 40,000 who are having a positive impact on our local community, nation, and the world.

As you have completed your educational goals thus far, we are grateful for your contribution to Utah Tech. To show our appreciation as a member of the Utah Tech University Alumni Association, you will receive access to our special benefits.

Traditions App

For on-campus deals, use your digital Alumni Card. Your digital Alumni Card can be accessed by downloading the Traditions App and logging in with your last name and email. A list of on-campus is below in FAQ section.

Where can I use my digital alumni card on campus?

Download the UT Traditions App to access your digital alumni card.  Your digital alumni card can be used for the following on-campus benefits:

  • Campus Library
    • 2 hours computer and on-site library database access per day, and library borrowing privileges
  • Campus Store
    • 10% off regular priced items (in store only)
  • Alumni House Rental
  • Alumni House Conference Room Rental
    • Complimentary 1 hour up to once a month ($50 Value)
    • Valid M-F 9-5PM, reservation required – Contact Julie Rhodes at 435-879-4535 or julie.rhodes@utahtech.edu
    • Excludes video conferencing system (additional cost)
  • UT Event Discounts (Visit our events page for exclusive alumni events)

What is the Traditions app?

The Traditions app continues to be managed by the Student Alumni Association and provides a fun way to keep engaged and connected to your alma mater. Students and alum alike can use the app to see and track completed traditions. We hope you will join us in completing traditions throughout the year. The app also provides access to your digital alumni card, which gives you access to on-campus deals and discounts (see list above).
